Does not bother to resolve problems
I am tired of The Courier Guy since the price increase they have no space at depots for xsmall or small boxes my ref *** query has not been resolved , pointless to say neither Deniel nor Amanda Zangqa has resolved or communicated this problem since 22/11/2024

04 Dec 2024, 06:40 Tyrese *** & William Matsimba no service from these 2 either I booked a locker to locker just to get to their Locker at engen carnival to find the locker is of seems like there is no power as the Engen garage is under construction take note that I go there by lift as I do not have my own transport after being there twice yesterday I filed a complaint so William very abruptly tells me they cant collect my package from my house but yet it is not my fault their locker is out of service they have no regard for customers situations as they should be able to understand all humans and the different walks of live needless to say I asked my money to be refunded as I cant go to the next locker as I dont have my own transport now he has million excuses !!! I want my money refunded this is not my fault their locker does not work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
