Documents Still Not Even Collected After A Week!

I had a very disappointing experience with The Courier Guy. I logged a collection on 27 May at 8 am. It's now a week later and the status is still "collection exception". I went to the physical branch in Pinelands area 3 times already and the staff there told me the parcel had not been collected yet and they had no estimated collection date for me. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My documents are now stuck in Pretoria and I risk losing my VISA, flight and accommodation costs associated with my planned trip abroad. I was recommended to use The Courier Guy but unfortunately, I can never recommend them myself.
