DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
The minute you have a parcel to be delivered on a Friday these ****e don't work. Someone tell me why it takes 3-4 days to deliver something from Athlone to Cape Town, Bo Kaap area. Btw it is perishables. I paid for overnight delivery but it will only get to my office Tuesday maybe Monday. Worst ****ing delivery service!

14 Mar 2025, 17:54I have been in contact with a Clive Nolan and his response to the situation has been outstanding. He has rectified the situation and provided me with the correct information. He went above and beyond and has explained to me that they were doing everything correct and the supplier (Synergy Frontier CC) was the company that decided not to be truth coming and blamed The courier guy. They said they were waiting on the courier guy to come and collect but in reality they only booked the waybill yesterday. I approve a 5 star rating for Clive Nolan for his swift thinking and problem solving.
