Do not use these guys

This company gets worse and worse by the years. Have been using them since 2019 and initially they were great. 2020 they charged ovn that arrived within 2days. So why pay the surcharge? 2*** my experience of them has been appalling everytime I send something it's always broken and the company refuses to take liability and just force u to decide on what next one should do. No letter of apology credit notes nothing. Last year I lost merchandise of R6000 for a client and they were really nonchalant about it. They'd taken their fees and started giving me a run around.. Now I sent merchandise to jhb not only was it late they broke 2 of the bottles in my batch and no remorse no credit note no paying for the merchandise it's actuly disgusting. We are also running businesses so the fact that it's so careless in handling others' businesses but needing to acknowledged as a business is really a lack of consideration.
