Do not use them. Terrible terrible service and zero accountability

Terrible terrible service. Do not work with or use them. Running my business has been a nightmare since signing up with them and I’ve lost thousands. They are so negligent and literally from every shipment I send with them they’ve either broken stock and tell you that they are not covered, they lose stock sometimes and under deliver stock that you’ve clearly labelled and given instructions on. I know over 10 businesses suffering the same fate with them. It’s a total nightmare working with them and I’ve finally had to open an account elsewhere.
