DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Horrible Service! Please for your own sanity, if you are a e-commerce owner DO NOT USE this company!! We sent out parcels every single day with them for over 8 Months and since they went to a more automated system they DO NOT CARE about you at all. I am currently looking at other options because 2 hours of my day is spent trying to resolve problems with them, battling with an unresponsive system, searching for lost parcels or querying ridiculous charges!!!!
