DO NOT USE THE COURIER GUY - THEIR SERVICE SUCKS

I wish there was a Zero rating to give this company.

I have had so many issues with them, they don't call you or come back to you. The Regional Manager is not even reachable on her phone or via whatsapp. I have had 2 expensive parcels damaged which I had to replace at my companies expense and when you report it, they just say the parcel was insufficiently packaged. They fail to mention that the parcels are thrown around and dropped as if it is nothing. Your complaints do not get acknowledged.

On one occasion I had to drive to Malmesbury to pick up a parcel that took more than a week from Cpt on route to Mamre. Only to get there and discover that the parcel had been completely distroyed. I sp;oke to several people about this parcel and No-one notifies you or even mentions that the parcel is damaged, they are happy to deliver a damaged parcel and ruin your reputation with your clients. To top it all I had to then drive to Mamre to deliver a new lot of product to my client and the courier fee was not even reversed. I logged a complaint and no one responds to your emails or answers your calls. They are pathetic. I will definitely not be using them again. They have zero respect for the parcels we entrust to them.

On another occasion the driver cancelled a request because he saw 2 deliveries to one area and assumed it was a duplication. I then had to drive back to work, pick up the parcel and deliver it to my client because it was too late for them to go out.

What a joke of a company. Please if you can\, never use them.
