Do Not Use The Courier Guy, ***** and Disrespectful

An Absolutely Appalling service received from these ppl. Yesterday I was given confirmation that my parcel would be dilivered this morning. I also recieved their email to confirm this. This morning i call them to confirm and they inform me that apparently only half the dilivery was picked up and i should not complain because they arr doing a favour to diliver on a Saturday yet i did not ask for it. Absolutely rude with no customer skills. How can you have a courier company and have people employed in responsible position that cant read a waybill. I have lost 1 days income because i was told to wait for my dilivery that was never planned to be dilivered. Please never use the courier guy. No one can have any worse of service
