DO NOT USE THE COURIER GUY KURUMAN... BE WARNED!

Three separate incidents all with regards to The Courier Guy Kuruman. 1. I couriered tiles (In factory packing) from Kimberly to Kuruman. Upon collection a third of the tiles were broken but this is nullified in their terms and conditions on their website, so no responsibility taken. 2. A instance not too long ago I had a parcel collect and brought to Kuruman. Three days after collection, I was called and rather arrogantly asked to please collect my parcel as urgently as possible! 3. I sent a parcel to Bloemhof. After waiting more than 24hours did a follow up with regards to the delivery... I was then informed that my parcel was not yet even sent and that it is listed to be delivered in BLOEMFONTEIN after the waybill specifically states BLOEMHOF and that due to the routing mistake it would take until Friday to be delivered to Bloemhof... "If we are lucky"

This all points to either *********** staff or management... 10/10 would not recommend. I have now opened an account with EPX!
