DO NOT USE THE COURIER GUY COURIER SERVICE!

Terrible, appalling, disappointing and unacceptable service and management from the Courier Guy. Advised that a parcel would be delivered before the end of the day as per booking. Waited all day just to receive an email saying that the driver attempted to deliver the parcel and to phone me which is an absolute lie!!! as I have been waiting for the parcel all day. The Operations manager simply said the driver is no longer in the area and delivery will happen tomorrow. When you try to escalate the matter, they just send you from A to B to C and the phone just keeps on ringing, I have had to top up my airtime twice already. If Operations Manager @Ferdinand sees this, you are an incapable operations manager who does not know how to manage his people.
