This is now the second time I have not received my parcel. I am so sick of paying for shipping only to have a parcel to never arrive

I had a parcel sent overnight to me on 08/07/21 which should’ve arrived 09/07/21

I sat and waited the entire day for my urgent package to arrive, only to have it sent back to the depot. Their excuse was “nobody was home”. How is this possible? No hooting from the courier, no phone call or sms to say that they’re outside? The worst service ever received! DHL, RAM, MRD/Takealot always call me to confirm that they’re outside

TCG should be called The Courier Fail!!
