DO NOT USE THE COURIER GUY!!!

If you have multiple packages, NEVER. I REPEAT NEVER trust the courier guy. We paid twice for the next-day delivery of 25 packages across two provinces, yet this service was not delivered as agreed. Not only did the parcels fail to arrive the next day, but most of them arrived severely damaged, which is completely unacceptable for a paid courier service.

Despite this, no one from your team has taken accountability for the damages or the delayed delivery. Instead, we are now being contacted and told that there is an outstanding amount payable, which is both confusing and frustrating given that we have already paid twice for this service and did not receive what was promised. I hope they lose business.
