Do not use the courier guy

Worst service ever. Package was sent on monday From Johannesburg branch. That same package was sent to Secunda then back to Joburg then back to Secunda and now on its way to Middelburg. No help from Customer care. 6 DAYS TO GET A PARCEL DELIVERED 80KM AWAY????? AND STILL NOT HERE.
