Do not use TCG for import parcels!

I was told this company is a good and trustworthy courier company, so I decided to use them to courier a police clearance certificate. BIG MISTAKE! They "lost" the application forms on the way there, miraculously "found" it again after I threw a tantrum and now they have lost the certificate! Kept on getting me to jump from hoops, until I just got an email to say they cannot pick up the certificate, because it was already picked up by another courier company! No name or contact details of the ghost that gave them this so-called message, no tracking number, nothing. Please stay away! This has been a terrible lesson for me. They clearly have no idea how difficult it is and how long it takes to get a police clearance certificate, because they treat these drops or pickups like any other old parcel. I find this behavior extremely disrespectful and actually quite destructive.
