DO NOT USE PUDO/ the courier guy - they are *********** ********s!

It pains me to even give these thieving wanna be courier mafias a 1 star - they deserve a 🚮 & even ******** rating - I have received a parcel via pudo a couple of times with what I thought to be slight hitched before so I had registered almost a year ago but always used more verifiable couriers - but today I wanted to send a parcel quote quickly so downloaded the app and followed the instructions the interface of which is rather tedious- but I plodded on and when I requested help from an agent being stuck on the sender address pages ( it does not allow to proceed if auto fill not enabled . Then the arrogance and condescension of the agents which could only be matched by the sheer ignorance ( no incompetence) of what’s actually going on the client’s side of the ridiculous app )dragged on for 2-3 hours - asking me the same stupid questions and plying the same ridiculous guesswork trouble shooting - I was FLABBERGASTED ,it’s like they kept stopping for a smoke break and changing agents while my work morning was wasted away - they were not even fazed by spending such a stupendous amount of time on 1 QUERY - THEN when I told them in bo uncertain terms how unimpressed I was by theINEFFICIENCY of Pudo and the agents’ unapologetic lack of helpfulness, their arrogant over importance knew no bounds it was actually almost funny ! I fuelled it I think when I told them I bid understood why they wanted you to preload they’d account instead of paying upon checking out like proper vendors because they were actually *****ing money from ppl as they want my id number to refund me -HAVE YOU EVER?! AS IF I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH more of my personal INFO after what they pull as I later found out has happened to a couple of people - DO NOT USE PUDO/ THE COURIER GUY- they are are bunch of ********s!!!EXPOSE THEM SO NO MORE FALL PREY TO THEM- GREAT WILL BE THEIR FALL🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
