I have never been so upset about a delivery before in my life.

I was waiting to receive a delivery for a R28 000 engine to my address.

Myself and my partner had informed the driver that we could only receive the delivery of the engine after 1400 hours. So I could organise an engine crane to remove it off the truck. Which the driver agreed to.

Not only did I find out your truck drivers gained access to my property without my consent but that they also unloaded the engine without a crane, dropping it to the floor in the middle of a communal driveway blocking peoples access to their own houses. The drop from the truck also resulted in huge damage to the engine including the sump and obviously the internal bearings from the shock load. The engine also rolled onto its side damaging water lines fittings and pumps. Not to mention the leaked oil all over driveway that can also now not be removed.
