DO NOT USE COURIER GUY

ZERO STARS. I sent a parcel from Johannesburg to Ermelo and the parcel was lost. JAMES PHOSA from the courier guy promised that they take responsibility and will pay for the part. It was a seal only worth about R300. its been over 2 months now, and almost 10 emails and 10 calls later and they still have not paid, NO NOT USE THEM. they have lost a lot of parcels we have sent before. You sent something to Nelspruit they take it to Cape Town. USELESS
