DO NOT USE COURIER FOR DELIVERY IN GSUTENG DRIVERS ARE LAZY

Dear South Africans especially the ones that live in Gauteng please be warned that with courier guy you struggle to receive your package. When they cn't get hold of you they return the package to their offices. They do not even call the sender to check if the number they have is correct.

I am currently struggling to get my package i tracked my packaged i saw that the driver said my phone is going to voicemail which was yesterday and today.

the last time the driver tried deliver m package was 9am, i call their offices in Johannesburg at 10am and i asked whets happening with my package, they checked the number on system and it incorrect i gave them the correct number and they told me the number will be delivered today, I call again at 2h30pm because i can see i am not getting call from courier, the call center guy said he he will speak to manager and the agent comes back to say the package will be delivered on Monday.

I will not be at that address given to courier guy on monday that why i made an effort to call them and i called twice, i do not understand if the driver could not get hold of me why did he not call the sender and ask if the number is correct.

I know some couriers guys are lazy and rude, I dnt even trust he called back the correct number i gave to the call center cause this drivers are always and telling us we are wasting their time.

I would like to have my package please

Your stands have went down but its time you know your drivers are lazy and rude and do not go the extra mile what is the point of the sender writing their number on the waybill

South Africans be warned especially in the Gauteng area

The driver could have just drop it off at the office in my area i would have fetched it myself.
