DO NOT USE!

I arranged a collection with the courier guy of a toybox and bookcase. Under no circumstances was I told that they needed to be crated. They were very well and completely wrapped in bubble wrap and a layer of plastic but both were broken during transit by the courier guy. Upon delivery the both hinges were broken off the toybox and a huge hole was kicked through the bottom of the toy box, the bookshelf had a hole kicked through the back - you can actually see the shoe print and both edges at the bottom are broken off - I took photos and forwarded to the courier guy and they informed me 2 weeks later that because the items were not crated the standard insurance I took out with the Courier guy will not be paid out to me! Ridicolous - this is a new rule they implemented after collecting my goods - why did they accept my goods for delivery if they suddenly had to be crated!
