Do Not Make Use of TCG Overnight Service for Collection from SAPS CRC
I made use of TCG's online Once Off Portal for a quotation on an Overnight Service.
Low and behold, I am told CRC collections only take place on Tuesdays and Thursday with only 20 documents permitted to be collected. Your PCC reference code needed to be quoted, too. Also, collection of documents to be confirmed 24 hours in advance, I paid for the service on Sunday morning around 10h41, 24 hours in excess as required.
Mind you not of this is posted on the TCG official website..
And I am told today that my collection did not make the cut? When I paid for overnight services?
B.S. I want charges to be changed to regular service and refunded the difference.

I enquired with Postnet Pretoria yesterday, Friday the 16th of Aug, same day they were able to make the collection, send me a soft copy to confirm correctness of the information on the document before they even confirmed proof of payment and before they allowed for it to be processed for delivery.
The Courier Guy was pathetic in how they handled my collection and did not even try to find a solution that were in the interest of me as the customer. I advise you for any future collections from either ******** Records Centre or any embassies make use of Postnet, a bit more expensive but execution of services impeccable, because TCG will find an excuse rather than a solution to deliver the services as per your purchases.
