Do not deliver, three days LATE and not YET delivered!!!

Why do I have to choose a STAR? Useless company, I should be able to choose NO STAR. My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 27 January 2026. Wednesday, 28 January, I got a message that it will be delivered. Nothing happened. I got a message from a person who claims to work for the company, asked me to give my correct address. The address is CORRECT, the person wanted an alternative number, I do not have one. BUT, the person calls me on the correct number. After speaking with the manager, I was told that they could not find my address, so she claimed to improve the address. Then I was phoned that it will be delivered before 17:00 on the 29th, or before 12 on the 30th of January. NO LUCK!!!!!!!!! It is now 14:00, I am furious. DO NOT TRUST this horrible company. Second time. Previous time they forgot my package TWICE in George, and I got it THREE DAYS late after paying a lot of money for OVERNIGHT delivery. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, if you like to be treated like this, USE them. If not, STAY AWAY!!!
