Distasteful Service

Om disbelief that I haven't received my parcel that's been out for delivery since 6:30 am yesterday and called to check how far the driver was and I was told his in my area. Chat service is ***!!! Been waiting since the 3rd of May 2023 and it's the 9th of May today. Worst service, Worst everyone!!! Don't use this company!!! If it was possible to put up -5 rating.
