Dissatisfied with the service I’ve been receiving from The Courier Guy

Absolute trash company I don’t know how many times you must phone and follow up on your delivery. The Durban branch is the worst your Anele and Civa the people who are supposedly customer care are just trash. I so wish the companies we purchase from online could give us an option to choose which courier company to use because this Courier Guy is not working. These people will delay your delivery and promise to prioritise your delivery the next day and that never happens. Last time this happened I was so mad I went to pick it up myself after a week of running around and they did it again this week. I’m not sure if this is an isolated event or I am specifically targeted🤬. Don’t get me started on the supposed Operations manager who never does anything all u ever get is promises to be called back and dololo. I was promised a refund bcoz I literally had to go and pick up my parcel after a week of “out for delivery”. I’m so over The Courier Guy
