Our company is extremely dissatisfied with The Courier Guy's overnight (OVN) parcel delivery service. This is now the second time we’ve experienced significant delays with an OVN parcel.

We booked a parcel early Thursday morning for OVN delivery, expecting it to arrive promptly. However, it is now Monday morning, and we have yet to receive the parcel or even a notification about its delivery status. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for an option marketed as “overnight.”

We rely on timely deliveries to meet our commitments, and these delays are causing major disruptions to our operations.
