Dissatisfied customer

Not happy with the service I'm getting. I paid for the shipping to come at my work address. I've got a call that I missed from the company now I'm told I must wait again tomorrow for my delivery because I missed the call. This is bad service at its best. Disappointed hopefully I won't need to use this company for my shipment again. I was also told I would need to organize a meet up point with the driver. I don't pay for meet up point I pay for a delivery
