Dissatisfied Customer

I ordered a few things from a boutique I know and my supplier decided to use The Courier Guy to deliver me my items. The parcel was dropped off on the 1st of February 2021 and I still can't track my parcel and I also haven't received it. Within the first week of not being able to track my parcel I called the customer service and they had told me that they had issues with their trucks that collect parcels from the drop boxes, they had broken down. As time went on they now claim that the parcel has been misplaced. It is the 10th of March and I still haven't receive or can track my parcel.
