Dissatisfied and annoyed

I placed an order from Makro on the 30 November and i waited over two weeks for it. I kept on getting texts that my order will be delivered on 5 different days. My order was slit into two the one was a stove which came after receiving 5 different texts until i made a follow up. The second order made me so angry i ordered 12 pack Savanna and 3 of the bottles were half way through. This is so annoying though, i wish makro could use a different delivery service company.
