Dissatisfaction with Pudo/The Courier Guy

I paid for Pudo residential delivery and it was not delivered to the residential address I payed for but it was delivered in the locker where it was collected. Now they say I should rebook so that the parcel can be delivered to the delivery address I wrote on top of the box, who's gonna pay for that rebooking because I don't see a refund in my Pudo account. I'm still waiting for a response on Pudo and The Courier Guy WhatsApp to tell me when will they refund me? I wrote delivery details and still they deliver the parcel back to Ennerdale locker and they send sms saying congratulations your parcel has been delivered in a locker at Ennerdale 🤣🤣 yoooh I'm so disappointed it's almost a week waiting for that delivery to happen
