Dissappointed with Pudo/Courier Guy

As frequent Pudo user great was my dissapointment at a lost parcel with no communication. On the 18th Dec at 11:32 I deposited a parcel (large) at the Pudo drop off point Crowthorne, Johannesburg. It was to be delivered to my daugter in Cape Town, locker to locker. At 14:42 the parcel was collected. On the 19th Dec at 18:37 it arrived at the hub. At 21:03 it was in transit. On the 21st Dec at 11:37 it was delivery assigned. Then total silence. Both my daugter and myself phoned the contact number of Pudo/Courier Guy on the 27th Dec and they could not tell us where the parel is, and the matter was excelated. Both of us would have been contacted back, and now on the 28th Dec at 14:49 we have heard nothing. The Pudo App's last tracking was onn the 21st Dec at 11:37 "Delivery Assigned"
