Dissapointment

Good day.

I have received packages from The Courier Guy many times and for the first time in all my deliveries. I'm not happy about this occurrence and was never notified about it. I can't pay for delivery when I have to go and fetch the parcel at the police station. Your delivery guys or specific guys can't deliver at my specified address why not notify me beforehand? I paid for the delivery and I'm expecting it to be delivered to the address. I had to drive 10km from my house to collect my parcel. Who is going to give me back my money for gas? I'm highly disappointed and want to understand why is delivery even included when I still need to go collect. Kindly let me know what is the way forward.
