Dissapointing service!!!!!!

2nd time they have put a parcel in the wrong LOCKER and give no customer service to rectify their own dissapointing service!!!! Thank goodness for honest people who contacted the intended recipient to send the parcel to them. And Pudo's "customer Bot" service is so substandard it could feature as a circus act !
