Dissapointed with sevice

My parcel was send from Potchefstroom 12/5. Jhb 12/5 Middelburg 14/5 Jhb 15/4. I phoned them 15/5 give directions. They said they will send it to Witbank. But 18/5 Middelburg I phoned again 18/5 20/5 Johannesburg Phoned 25/5 25/5 Rustenburg North West???? 26/5 Johannesburg Phoned 28/5 Really?? Other couriers delivered at my house. Courier Guy did 2 before without problems but last 1 and this 1 like people who don't want to do it. Received a parcel yesterday from RAM within 3 days.
