Dissapointed and unreliable

The worst ever experience!! When tracking my parcel I found out it was out for delivery in another town - the exact opposite from where we live in South - Africa. Futher queries showed that the waybill was incorrectly logged. Promisses were made for speedy overnight delivery. Three days later and still no package. Don’t use this company. It’s own staff could not trace the package.
