disrespectful drivers

i have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday a guy called me from this number *** told me he is at dobsenville which is like 5mins away from me but wont be able to deliver as its not where he works , i understood , the very same guy called me today around 9 saying i should share my live location he is on his way , i did share it with him them 5hrs later i give a call to check if he still coming , he now tells me the same story as yesterday , when i asked so why didn't you tell me if you not going to make it his answer was that he doesn't report to me and i should do as i please with my life why should i wait for him , yoh i have never being disrespected by someone who doesn't respect and value his job, is this what the courier guy teaches their drivers to disrespect us as clients , and still my parcel is still not delivered ,
