Disrespect from Courier Guy employee at St John's depot

Had the worst service ever today at The Courier Guy St John's Rd Pinetown. The lady who assisted me today, Londiwe, was outright rude and her actions was clear how she felt about the colour of my skin. Very friendly with previous client but when it came to me I got called onto the back room where she showed me where my parcel was on the floor. She said it's heavy. I asked to use the trolly. Which she pushed out past the counter and said I must push it further. Previously they did assist with taking big boxes to the vehicle. Will find alternative courier company. No respect for clients at all Or should I say ... no respect for certain nationality clients
