Dishonesty on their delivery report

Nothing irks me like tge lies drivers give on "nobody at home" "no answer on the provided number" at that time these people dialed tgat very number @ 13:00 confirming my address. I sit home like an idiot waiting on them to come nothing. I call the office at 17:00 I am told the driver was at my gate 16:30 and tried my number there wasn't any responses. I AM LIVID, DISGUSTED by they service. These company sure need better and reliable delivery companies. I am told the delivery can come on Monday morning
