Dishonesty at its Finest

The driver called yesterday at 11:04 AM and said he was coming after his delivery in Frederick Road, however he didn’t come. He called me this morning at 09:29 AM to say he’s here with the parcel, but didn’t confirm where he is, he could not tell me why he didn’t come yesterday as he had said and said that he my parcel was received by him on Tuesday and couldn’t deliver because he had wrong directions – I asked him why didn’t he call as he did yesterday and this morning and again he was unable to tell me

What type of service is this – why is there so much trouble with this parcel. The delivery is a router that I need for my business to function, but Courier guy couldn’t care less about this and how I’ve been affected for the last 3 days due to incompetence – who is going to compensate me for the loss I have suffered due to me having to buy a new router and purchase mobile Data for R529 because I was left without connectivity thanks to the courier guy
