The most useless and *********** courier company in the whole of South Africa.

They are incapable of delivering a package on time even if their mothers lives depended on it. They sit with the parcel on their floor for days on end, that they end up misplacing it and don’t deliver it on their due date resulting in a loss to your business. Do not use The Courier Guy for your business as they will end up closing your business down because of their incompetence and late deliveries.

Further to the above they are *****s. If you book a delivery on overnight or AIR they send it by road but still charge you overnight and AIR prices. This was confirmed by an employee of The Courier Guy who said that they had suspended the air and overnight service during COVID yet they were still charging customers for this service but sending parcels by road to Cape Town. Very DISHONEST courier company.
