Dishonest , Unreliable Courier Company - Save yourself the headache rather use DHL

I advise everyone not to use the courier guy, especially if you have documents that urgently need to be delivered. Not only are they unreliable but they are also dishonest. After being assured that my document would be delivered the next day before 12 pm, I call their call center only to find out that it would be delivered the following Monday. I then make arrangements with Jason the Operations Manager and pay the extra fee to have the delivery expedited to get it to its destination on time.

I call Jason again to find out where the document is only to find out that the document was only delivered on Monday. So basically I paid extra only for them to deliver it late and they hoped I wouldn't notice?

Honestly what a trash company.
