Dishonest *******.

Yesterday I needed a package sent to me urgently from JHB, I need to use this item Tomorrow. I selected overnight delivery for my parcel and paid for overnight delivery. After watching the tracking seemingly stall between Durban and Richardsbay I contacted Courier Guy Richardsbay just to be told they don't do overnight to Richardsbay area and my parcel will only be delivered on Monday.

This is not the service I requested nor the service I paid for. The guy at Richardsbay tried to tell me that I only paid for standard delivery like I'm a fool when I demand a refund of the difference between regular delivery and overnight delivery. I should include inconvenience to that amount as my wife cancelled her plans to ensure someone was home to receive the package.

I have tried emailing Courier Guy but all I get is automated bot replies. If I wanted to speak to a bit if contact Vodacom. Courier Guy takes your money but is dishonest and doesn't even give the customer an ETA on their delivery. I've even requested to pick up the package in Richardsbay tomorrow but only got useless bot replies.
