Dishonest Driver

The driver collected my parcel that I need for work at 7:08 am this morning, although I know that they can't give me a time which is reasonable (I called them at 16:42 pm where the agent "spoke" to the driver), I was told that it would be delivered to me but for some reason this driver cancelled the delivery 20mins later. What the heck is going on? Now my work suffer because someone couldn't be honest. This is irritating and a waste of time that can never be regained. Useless service.
