Dishonest, deliberately misleading, shamelessly *********** company. AVOID!!!

TCG states they deliver on Saturdays and public holidays if you pay a special delivery surcharge. I booked a very expensive overnight shipment for delivery on a public holiday, Friday 2nd April. in the customer portal. The fee was ridiculously expensive, but the stated delivery date was Friday, the public holiday, so I paid their ******ionate fee because the delivery was critical to catch an international flight. My package arrived in the Joburg sorting facility overnight as expected. BUT... it will now stay there until Tuesday 5 April, because despite taking my money for overnight service, and my money for special delivery, because TCG says they are not delivering today because it's a public holiday, too bad. So 5 days + for an overnight delivery charged as such. Dishonest and deliberately misleading to the brink of ********ity. I will be cancelling my account with TCG.
