Dishonest

They Damaged my Parcel and said they would pay or refund me the cost of the courier service. They changed their story midway through the process and are now refusing to refund or pay anything whatsoever. They're costing me thousands of Rands at this point, if I knew they were so useless I would have delivered the package myself
