Disgusting services - The courier Guy (Lies)

I am totally disgusted with the same, I was provided a quote for next day delivery and I also added on a further R230 express to ensure I receive today; at latest tomorrow 10am. Furthermore my delivery is 2 pairs of shoes of which I declared 1kg on estimate but when tracking I note a declaration of 45kgs, how on earth can this be, considering the weight of the box, we are not dumb. I expect this delivery by no later than tomorrow morning 10am. I was advised by support that I will on receive this parcel 16 / 17 January. Waybill number VZJ3XW
