Disgusting services - The courier Guy

I am totally disappointed with The courier guy online. I logged a waybill online and I was quoted R3100 for collection and delivery on the 9/01/2024. The courier went to collect 3 times with a small car and wrote that the package was not ready (the package needed a truck). Now the package is in mafikeng today and I receive an email saying that I have to pay R793.60, then another comes saying I have to pay R1250 for a truck. When I call the head office they don’t answer my questions instead they hang up or transfer me to mafikeng. Now I have to collect that big package myself. I am so disappointed with their service.
