DISGUSTING SERVICES

The Courier Guy appears to have expanded significantly and, unfortunately, they seem to disregard smaller companies. The team in East Rand, in particular, has been incredibly ineffective. Their use of an online waybill with instructions seems futile, as they consistently overlook or disregard the information provided. On two occasions, they failed to collect parcels, falsely claiming that the company was closed. During the first incident, despite someone being present and waiting for collection, the driver dishonestly reported that the company was closed. The second time, they neglected to adhere to the specified collection time before 13:00, again citing closure despite the company operating until 15:45. Furthermore, their excuses, such as labeling it as an economy delivery, seem baseless, especially considering that similar arrangements have resulted in timely deliveries on Mondays in the past. It's evident that I'm not the first, nor will I be the last, to consider leaving this company. The team's lack of effort to rectify these errors only adds to the frustration.
