Disgusting service received from Bethal Kiosk

I have been reading through the complaints on Hellopeter, and it seems that delivering to the wrong place, is a very common practice for The Courier Guy. I sent a parcel to my mom in Bethal, and the delivery guy delivered the parcel to the neighbor's house. After complaining, the Bethal Kiosk gave my mom this reason: I put no 6 on the address, and not no 6A, and therefore it was delivered to no 8, which is the right place because I did not specify 6A. So according to them, 8 is closer to 6A than 6. I asked for my mom to be phoned at the gate, or hoot, which was obviously also not done. The delivery guy was then sent to my mom's house and that is another story. Blatantly arrogant and very rude. No manners whatsoever. This was a very bad experience for me as well as my mom, who was running up and down to try and find her parcel and having to deal with this utterly rude delivery guy. I am very disgusted with the service we received from BETHAL KIOSK.
