Disgusting service from Tlotlisang

I have been waiting for a delivery for a while now. The guy by the name of Tlotlisang just left a parcel that is not mine, and rudely refused to take it back with him. I am so so angry at his attitude, the parcel does not belong to me, and I have a right to be angry if the wrong parcel was delivered. What am I expected to do with, take it home? Leave it at work? And what if it gets damaged or someone *****s it? Who's responsibility is it under now? This is just bull****. I need someone to call me urgently. Tlotlisang must not deal with people, he is just too full of himself, he must leave this job to people who can understand people and treat them with respect. I will then leave this parcel outside, if it goes missing, I will not be held accountable. We do have cameras at work, so I do have proof that I asked Tlotlisang to take the parcel with him and he refused. This is utter nonsense.
