Disgusting service from the courier guy Welkom, long road
The courier guy Welkom is the worst. Sent out a parcel and when the recipient went to fetch it they told her she won't get the parcel because she doesn't have a pin, A PIN which they should have sent. What is the point of including emails and cell numbers if they're not going to use them. I'm really disgusted with the service and need my refund although I see other reviews that are similar. We must boycott the courier guy if they're going to treat their customers like this.. it despicable. I'm really disgusted and I will personally go to that branch and deal with the staff. I'm taking a special trip just for them. They'll know me.

25 Jun 2025, 09:10The manager called to apologize and the matter was resolved. I appreciate that he got hold of both myself and the person who the parcel was sent to and also called her to apologize. All is well but I recommend that the junior staff be reprimanded strongly and be taken to customer service trainings. This was all just so unnecessary because of a little error on their part which they could've resolved by calling their manager.
