Disgusting service from The Courier Guy

yesterday on Monday i did not go to work because courier guy sent me an email stating that my order will be delivered. i did not go to the office because of the significance of the order i wanted to make sure that delivery guys find me at home. I waited the entire day , I did not get a call, message/test or even an email from these guys. then today i get an email stating that my order will be returned because they called and i did not answer and they could not for their convenience find my address. I have received so may deliveries on the address which i had provided them with. this is me trying to get my delivery sorted still and i'm still not getting any assistance. they stated on the mail that they will be sending my order back and this is from capetown and im gauteng which means more waiting time for me. can somebody look into this and assist please.
